I have ten years experience in Mentoring and hold qualifications in Relaxation Therapy and Neuro Linguistic Programming from the BSY group, alongside a Life Coaching Certificate from The Coaching Academy. I also use Reiki to re-balance mind and body. It is my pleasure to say that lots of satisfied customers have achieved wonderful results from this combination of techniques.
